International Shipping & Returns Policy

At SpiritRelics.com, we are dedicated to bringing the sacred energy of authentic Indian relics to seekers worldwide. We have partnered with Shiprocket X to ensure your spiritual tools reach you safely, no matter where you are in the world.

1. Global Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to over 220+ countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe. All international orders are dispatched from our headquarters in India within 2-3 business days.

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

To provide the most reliable service, we use premium international carriers (via Shiprocket).

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • Delivery Time: * Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days.

    • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days.

3. Safe & Secure Payments

We process all international transactions through Razorpay, India’s leading secure payment gateway.

  • We accept all major international Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

  • Your transaction is protected with industry-leading encryption, ensuring your data remains private and secure.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Clearance: We provide all necessary documentation (Commercial Invoices, etc.) to ensure a smooth customs process.

5. International Returns & Exchanges

Due to the high cost of international logistics, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders unless:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Damage Claims: If your relic or sticker arrives damaged, please email us at info.spiritrelics@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund accordingly.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed for international shipping, cancellations are not possible.
